Use the UDT02 Links tab of the UDT07 screen to add and/or delete UDT02 links from the UDT07 screen. Each link tab displays a table of the linked items of the current UDT07.
Different column headings and data will display in the table, depending on whether you are using Direct or Wildcard links.

This non-editable column displays the currently linked UDT02s.

|
This non-editable column displays the currently linked UDT07 descriptions.

| Rate 1
|
This non-editable column displays the rate 1 value for the currently linked UDT02s. The column will display based on the
Use and Label values in the
User-Defined Rates group box for Rate 1 in the
Miscellaneous tab of the
Time Configuration
screen.

| Rate 2
|
This non-editable column displays the rate 2 value for the currently linked UDT02s. The column will display based on the
Use and
Label values in the
User-Defined Rates group box for Rate 2 in the
Miscellaneous tab of the
Time Configuration screen.

Override
This section displays if you are calculating one or both of the rate fields. This is based on the
Use and
Label values in the
User-Defined Rates group box in the
Miscellaneous tab of the
Time Configuration screen. See Special Topic: Labor Costing for more detail.

Enter the UDT02 that you want to link to. (You may include wildcard characters. For example, enter
%123 to include all UDT02s that end in 123. Select
Options for more examples.)

The description defaults from the UDT07. You can edit this field to make it specific for this link.
